We use high quality frame, glass and hardware to ensure a life time of use. 

• 2 yrs warranty on hardware.
• 10 yrs warranty on glass. 
• 20 yrs warranty on PVCu frame.

These warranties are covered against manufacture defects not from misuse or poorly maintained items, to ensure a life time of use please maintain your windows and doors but using a quality light oil on the locks, hinges and handles, clean glass with a cleaner recommended for this type of glass and a plastic cleaner recommended for the frame, this action will keep all items working and clean for many years to come. 

NOTE: As the most common fault of locking mechanism failure is due to poor aftercare, the advice should be strictly adhered to or your warranty could become void.
